Do I need an iHome scale?+
You need a compatible iHome smart scale to bring weight and body measurements from the scale into the app. Your scale supplies the readings; the app displays them and keeps your history.
Do I have to pay to see my scale readings?+
No Fit+ membership is needed for connected-scale readings, measurement history, weight goals, or profiles. Fit+ is optional.
Is Fit+ a separate app?+
No. Fit+ is an optional paid membership inside the iHome app. On iOS, it adds food logging, workouts, and AI coaching.
What does Fit+ cost?+
View plans in the app for current prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and any trial offers.
Are the same Fit+ features available on Android?+
The premium features shown on this page are available on iOS. Android features may differ. Check the offer in your app before subscribing.
Does every scale show the same measurements?+
No. Supported readings depend on the model. Regional muscle and fat estimates require a compatible 8 Electrode scale. A standalone digital scale does not send readings to the app.
Does a food photo give an exact calorie count?+
No. Calories, protein, carbs, and fat are estimates. Ingredients, preparation, and portion size affect the result. Review your meal and adjust the portion when needed.
Is the coach a real person?+
No. You chat with AI for food and exercise suggestions based on your goals. It does not provide live training, form correction, or medical advice.
How do I cancel Fit+ or get help?+
Manage or cancel your membership through the app store where you subscribed. Visit Support for app or subscription help, Scale setup help for connection instructions, and our Privacy Policy for information about data use.
